It is our utmost mission to remove the audience from as much of the ordinary film experience as possible. We wish to inspire and lift your film consciousness to the macro high, from an approach created through the micro low.

No-budget filmmakers are often required to forge elements of originality from the rawest of material and the meagerest of circumstances. We are forced to remain open-minded and this, I venture, is where the magic springs from. I figure we're lucky to be here.

Conversely, it seems, the high budget arena shies away from fresh/alternative ideas, placing stock in ready-made special effects and regurgitated concepts. Such standards may "appear" successful. Large audiences are tapped and large profits are gained, yet mainstream standards may discourage creative expansion.

In any case, it's micro low/no budget independent filmmaking/film lovers that this groovy films website is most dedicated to.
