Filming in Bulgaria specializes in making Bulgaria your home away from home. In addition to location scouting, we personally offer travel & transportation services, accommodation & hospitality services, translation, security, and other services. We can also connect you with most everything you need in the way of cost-effective cast, crew, equipment, visas, permits, payroll, banking, costumes, props, studio space, sets, and most any other production and post production needs. Location Scouting & Information Gathering	New location photos are continually being added to the Filming in Bulgaria website. If you have additional needs not covered by our collection, our company will gladly go out for two days of complimentary location scouting. Should you require more photographic detail on locations already listed, we charge a minimal fee of USD $150/day plus expenses. These services are offered on a pre-contract basis, paid in advance. We also maintain general information on accommodations, weather, and support services for our locations to help you plan your shoot. Note: We retain copyright of all photographs.
Development Visit	Before you decide to shoot in Bulgaria, we recommend a site visit. We will meet you at the airport and be of service and on call 24/7. Our English speaking Bulgarian guide can take five adults in our company car, and can take you anywhere you need to go in Bulgaria. There is no need for you to rent a car unless your group is larger than five. He will also be mindful of your security. Our company will also arrange for hospitality, i.e., accommodations and dining. Accommodations are available to suit your taste and budget. Inexpensive and clean accommodations can also be arranged to help your budget. We will also ensure that your dietary needs are accommodated as much as possible. Good health care is available in Bulgaria for a fee, but you must carry your own health insurance that covers medical evacuation for serious illness or injury. Preliminary meetings with key personnel can also be arranged. This will include tours and general meetings, but not interviews or contractual discussions. At the conclusion of your visit, our guide will personally return you to the airport. If you need help with travel plans, Filming in Bulgaria can also be of assistance. As a new member of the European Union, Bulgaria does not require a visa for this type of visit. The cost for this service is USD $150/day plus expenses. You are responsible for the cost of your own accommodations, meals, and other services. Our hosting services are offered on a pre-contract basis, paid in advance. If you extend your visit, our fee must be paid daily. Your accommodations must also be pre-paid unless you prefer to "go with the flow."
Pre-Production Visits	Once you have decided to shoot in Bulgaria, you may wish to schedule a pre-production visit. We offer the same services for this as for our Development Visit service on a contractual service. Additionally, we will set up meetings with companies and freelancers so you can make your staffing and casting decisions, and conduct negotiations. We personally can help negotiate locations, transportation, accommodations, security, translation, and other services. Alternatively, we can arrange for staffing, casting, location, and service resources, etc. to connect with you virtually through email, mail, fax, and telephone. Filming in Bulgaria will work with you to select and customize the options you want to include in your contract with our company, and how we, or others, will provide those services. One-half of the contract fee for Filming in Bulgaria services is due in advance. The final half will be due before your departure. Any contractual services required by a third party during your visit must be paid in advance.
Pre-Production at Home	While you will be responsible for legal and financial agreements with cast, crew, and services, Filming in Bulgaria can offer you continued support on a contractual basis, while you are preparing for your production. Also, please consider contracting with our company to provide transportation, hospitality, security, and other personal services during production in Bulgaria.
Production	Once you have executed all your agreements with cast, crew, and services, Filming in Bulgaria can be there for your personnel and equipment arrival in Bulgaria. (Be sure to contract for our services during your pre-production phase to ensure availability.) Our production services include transportation, hospitality, security, and other personal services. Note: We take last minute requests as well, but cannot guarantee availability. Call early if possible!
Post Production	Bulgaria is rising to the top in post production services, including lab, editing, audio, CGI services, and more. Filming in Bulgaria can support your supervising personnel remaining in Bulgaria during post production in the areas of transportation, hospitality, security, and other personal services.
