It was my great fortune to have filmed Love Scene Clear on June 30, 2006, at the Boulder Theater. I had planned o filming at least a couple of performances to follow.

As it turned out, that performance was the band's last. Had I realized it, I would have set up a stationary camera and brought an additional cameraman and sound man! A "still small voice" in my head communicated to me a couple of things.

ONE: Film as much of the band as you can, just for the heck of it, and eve if you are running through the crowd, do not use the pause button.

TWO: DO NOT turn off the sound on your hand held camera! Ordinarily, I would have, as the sound was not something I was thinking would turn out that well or would be anything I could really use. The quality of audio was, in fact, not that great, but reached a high "boot-leg" level. Groovy baby! In any case, the band sounds awesome live!

I began writing Joshua, from Love Scene Clear, wishing to use "yummy" for another short groovyfilm. In passing, I asked if the band had a music video...not thinking he (or they) would have considered me. You can imagine my surprise..when Joshua wrote me, several times, with sincere egearness to work together...

More surprising than that, only 2 days ago, in an automobile accident, Joshua passed over. His brother Christain (also in the band)..was seriously injured. Needless to say, I feel blessed to have..corresponded so much with Josh and to have met him in person. He's gone astral, but left some ethric forces behind in the air waves of Love Scene Clear tuneage. I found him to be a geniunly decent fellow with mind-blowing talent: And that goes for the entire band! Together those guys make magic...at least that's how I see it.

As fate would have it, I was given the unique..chance..to record the band's performance at the Boulder Theatre on June 30th. This..also happened to be Joshua's last performance on this plane of exsistance...Moreover, this may very well have been the..band's last show, as the remaining members may morph into..another form of musical expression...

I'm..tremedously touched by the energy Love Scene Clear emites...my feelings go basically beyond words. I can say this, however: I pray that the music video (that it is my great honor to have been choosen for) shall be a testimony of the band's genious.

For the record, in light of recent events:..I'll..release the the..music video, "Yummy," at a latter date, and focus, on..yet another (more of a documentary/dedication to the legacy of Joshua) video of backstage/live performance..material..and whatever else I can forge from the..70 minutes..or so of the footage I recorded.

..Much of the footage cannot be used due to having to move about so much...setting up shots, working around the audience, etc...However, I have enough footage..to do a couple of videos. I'm proud to post them both on my website/myspace, and would be happy were the Love Scene Clear myspace to post them/link them through my server...

UPDATE: On January 1st, 2007, I intend to post the video on my website's film page. Peace, John 12-10-06.

Joshua, I pray to meet you on the other side. Peace on your soul. Christian, I pray you recover and..stay with us, brother...I..sence we need you. Jeffrey...I wish you strength...super releaved you're hear to lend support and love to those who love you...to those, so deeply..blessed by..your love..tunage.

Respectfully, John.
